A monthly series of dance events and pilgrimages in sacred places, following an ancient pilgrimage route. The project is now in its tenth year.

We wish to celebrate the sacredness of all life and God as Divine Love through dance in sacred places at sacred times, in the context of a sacred pattern that exists in Britain. Our purpose is to help us recover our awareness of our country, and of nature, and of time, of how this is all so precious to us, and is divine.

The Introduction to Zoence is an experiential workshop creating an alchemical Wheel of Life, the understanding and experience of which forms the foundation of Zoence.

The Wheel of Life shows how, from an initial impulse, a naturally creative human life-process unfolds stage by stage into into final outcome - a process which echoes that of the annual cycle of nature as it moves through each season from seed to eventual fruiting and harvest.

Spend the weekend in the beautiful and sacred environment of Holycombe House, dancing Paneurythmy and learning the deep meaning behind the movements and the music.

Traditionally the human being is described as made up of spirit, soul and body, but this tends to leave one with the impression that only the spirit and soul are the conscious aspects of our being. This workshop will examine all three consciousnesses, which might be described as our gnome, human and angelic consciousnesses. The approach we will take for this exploration will be based on Zoence principles, using the Three Great Archetypes as guidance and seeing how these three underlie our three-fold nature.

This pilgrimage-retreat week will focus on the Magdalene pilgrimage centre of Vezelay, and also the ancient Celtic centre of Bibracte. The week will include meditation, wisdom teaching, local pilgrimage, and time for inner reflection.

Advice and practice in creating and nurturing a light centre - a functioning sacred space - whether it is in your home, or a larger community space, building a focal point in the landscape.

For almost two decades, John has led small group journeys to special places he loves to explore local traditions of sacred land and the wisdom of indigenous cultures. Rajasthan delights the traveller with its colour, visual drama, and the verve, joy and laughter of its people. In a desert landscape, its mountain-rimmed lakes lined with temples and glimmering white palaces attract unimaginable numbers of migrating birds and other wildlife.
