If you wish to become a Member of Gatekeeper please complete and print off this form. Please enclose your subscription of £25.00 for individual membership or £30.00 for couples living at the same address,
(£35.00 and £40.00 respectively for overseas members) and either post or fax to:

All payments to be made in £ Sterling and either:
- sent by cheque made payable to 'Gatekeeper Trust' to the above address or
- sent by Bank Electronic Transfer to 'Gatekeeper Trust', A/C No. 00815470, NatWest Bank, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Sort Code 60-20-41
- overseas membership may also be paid by Sterling Bankers Draft made payable to Gatekeeper Trust drawn on a English bank

Subscription and donations may be made by Bankers Order
It would benefit the Trust greatly if taxpayers paid by Gift Aid
